Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and labels
- Return shipment must be initiated within the return window
How to Initiate a Return
- Use the Prepaid Label: Included with your order, valid for DHL return service
- Schedule Pickup: Use the online portal to request a courier pickup
- Lost Your Label? Email us at info@time-treasures.co.uk and we’ll send a replacement
Return Address
Use the return address included in your shipment paperwork. It may vary depending on your location.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
Exceptions
If your item was damaged or arrived faulty, contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.
